Training & Growth

Employees are assisted in developing their knowledge and skillset to further their career with the company. Current employees have been supported in achieving certifications and course completion such as NEBOSH, CIPP and CIPD. Our Locations

Strictly Education’s head office is in Milton Keynes where services to schools include Payroll, Human Resources, Property Support, SIMS Support and Finance.

Highams Park in North London is the base for Facilities Staffing.

Strictly Education 4S is located in Dorking and is home for teams providing School Effectiveness, Governance, Finance, HR, Facilities Support, SIMS Support and Technology.

Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and IT have staff based in both Milton Keynes and Dorking.

Property Support, Finance and Human Resources also have field-based consultants providing coverage to schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts across the country.
