NEW Payroll Portal Data Capture Screen
As part of the ongoing development of our integrated Payroll/HR portal we are now delighted to announce the launch of a new and revised Data Capture screen. In addition to your existing drop down selections you will now be able to use the New Starter icon in the top right hand corner to launch a New Starter Form for either Teacher or Support Staff and their associated job titles and allowances, as well as view historic data after the payroll run.
From our trials of the screen we know that clients have been really pleased with this enhancement to the form, which now has one screen for all elements required for a new starter, along with now allowing you to maintain visibility and track all of your changes.

New Contract Administration Service
In response to customer feedback we have developed a NEW online Contract Administration Service that will now enable you to create a new member of staff’s employment contract, process their DBS check and set-up their payroll all at the same time and by only entering their personal data once through the New Starter Form.
Our customers have been delighted with the ease of use of this on-line tool. To join them, you will see that you can access this new service from the existing data capture tab where you will see a new icon named New Starter in the top right-hand corner.
