SIMS Service Desk Performance

Even more enquiries made to our SIMS service desk are resolved on the same day compared to last year. As one of eleven independent Capita SIMS Accredited Support Partners, Strictly Education publishes how our SIMS service desk is performing.

Our latest report shows an improvement on our 2016 results. Our dedicated service desk resolved 100% of calls within KPI time frames and 71% of those enquiries were resolved on the same day.

In a customer satisfaction survey from November 2017, 72% of our clients rated our service as excellent. Once again, this was an increase over 2016's poll result of 70%.

93% of SIMS support customers also believe Strictly Education offers good value for money on the service.
