Cornwall Association of Primary Heads (CAPH)

The Cornwall Association of Primary Heads (CAPH) is a Co-operative Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting and improving primary education in Cornwall.

Strictly Education has partnered with CAPH to be its approved provider of payroll and facilities management services.

CAPH membership is open to all schools in Cornwall, whatever their status. School leaders are members of CAPH through a Service Level Agreement and are members of networks which have representation on the Board of Directors.

CAPH runs a range of services which help to support school leaders.  These include:

Conferences & CPD – the CAPH SLA entitles free places at 3 conferences per year.  Speakers at recent events have included Dame Alison Peacock , Sir Tim Brighouse, Rebecca Clark, (the real) David Cameron, Guy Claxton. 

School Support Services – CAPH has links to a range of school based and independent associates who can provide bespoke support on all areas of schools leadership and management, curriculum development, safeguarding and more. 

Supply+ - this is an ethical supply agency offering high quality teaching staff to schools.   There are no hidden fees for schools or teachers.
