Your school can proactively address its unique inclusivity challenges and develop opportunities presented by diverse groups of students and staff. Strictly Education offers four support areas that allow you to establish a culture of inclusivity.

By partnering with Strictly Education, your establishment will continue striving to create an environment of equality, respect, belonging and acceptance for students, staff, and the wider school community.

EDI Auditing

Provides a roadmap leading to a more inclusive and equitable school or trust environment.

Schools and academy trusts can create a fairer learning environment for all through Strictly Education's EDI audits. These audits assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, ultimately helping you build a more inclusive school community.

As part of an EDI audit, your school will receive:

  • An impartial review of the school website and its policies
  • Comprehensive surveys of pupils, staff and parents (plus collation of results)
  • Focused interviews with key staff
  • A written report of findings that includes suggestions for improvements

With our support your school or trust can reflect your local community, develop an inclusive culture, ensure compliance with the Equality Act (2010) and implement an impactful EDI strategy.
