Work-life balance in education has always been a challenge, and in a 2018 survey of school staff, The National Centre for Children and Families discovered workload and work-life balance was reported as causing stress for 62% of respondents.

With schools increasingly looking to take a proactive approach to fostering wellbeing for staff and learners alike, Strictly Education introduces a new school employee assistance programme, designed to cater to staff working in schools, academies and MATs.

Help Employee Assistance Programme, in conjunction with Optimise Health provides a confidential freephone helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for school employees to receive expert advice on personal, family, financial and legal matters.
