New Strictly Education Website Launched

We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Strictly Education website!

www.strictlyeducation.co.uk

Since our creation in 2002 the way in which schools are managed has changed beyond all recognition, and consequently the nature of our offering has changed too. We wanted our new website to reflect this change.

With the advent of academies, multi-academy trusts (MATs), federations and free schools, school leaders’ now face an unprecedented array of challenges to improve their organisations and keep their staff focused on the children, teaching and learning.

Our mission is to help by providing a blend of specialist expertise and hands-on operational support.

Whilst fifteen years ago, we had a very transactional relationship with our clients centered on service provision, today our relationships are strongly partnership and solution based, with the transfer of knowledge and up-to-date advice at their core.

Because we operate only in the education sector we have built up an unrivalled reservoir of expertise across practically every local authority, and our clients tell us that it is this knowledge and practical guidance of how to get things done that they value above all else.

Therefore, the new website showcases not only the services we offer, but the solutions and knowledge base that surrounds them.

For example, we now support over 500 academies and having helped many of them make the transition, we can provide a proven framework for new academies to follow. We now run over 100 training courses a year all aimed at helping school leaders run their organisations more efficiently and are busy developing a Knowledge Centre with our partners aimed at bringing the latest information, expertise and guidance across the many back-office areas that play such an important role in school improvement.

We hope you like the new website and can see the many areas where we can offer support.

If you do not already know us, please do get in touch and become part of our growing community.
