In every school service delivery is very important but it can become easy for some aspects of site monitoring to slip leading to concern.
The particular worry with any slippage in standards are the health and safety implications if something goes wrong. From our experience at Strictly Education if something does go wrong then it can have disastrous consequences.
Strictly Education’s Facilities Staffing Division has over 25 years of experience in this field and only deal with non-teaching staff. Our expertise means that schools, academies and colleges can get on with the importance of teaching and leave the fiddly bits of the people and service management to us.
Our staffing support service level agreement affords you the flexibility of independent monitoring by your very own field officer. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we can tailor work programmes and monitor your staff against goals set and report back to you with progress.
For our Waltham Forest schools there is the added bonus of the call out back-up that we provide. Should your intruder alarm sound and your regular member of site staff is unavailable then your field officer can attend in their place to ensure that your school is safe in the event of a break-in. The first 5 call-outs in any one financial year are included in the price of your SLA.
Do you have cleaning or MDA vacancies?
Our Staffing Support service also allows us to take the pressure from you regarding the recruitment process. We deal with everything for you from advert to interview meaning that you devolve this very time consuming process to your field officer. We monitor all the forms, long list and shortlist, convene interviews and even contact all the prospective candidates too.
You can have as much or as little involvement as you wish but we are trained in all aspects of recruitment and selection, safeguarding and question setting. We can even deal with the post recruitment checks if you wish. From April 2015 your staffing support SLA covers you for the first 3 rounds of recruitment in any one financial year (April-March).
