Our latest report shows that on average in 2016 we resolved 99% of calls within KPI time frames, 67% of those enquiries were resolved on the same day.

To ensure we are providing the best service alongside these statistics we recently ran a client survey.
Our client survey shows that 100% rated our service as Good or Better, with 70% of our clients rating our service as Excellent.
